adidas’ classic EQT franchise is back, reviving a number of fan-favorite silhouettes for 2022. Among them is the EQT CSG ’91, which recently launched in a smooth ‘Savannah’ brown colorway in the United Kingdom.
The adidas Originals team has been fairly quiet about their Equipment releases since the franchise’s return late in 2021. Since then, they have almost silently released a number of excellent iterations of the classic silhouettes, even adding some new ones along the way. This week, the fan-favorite EQT CSG ’91 popped up in new colorways overseas, seen here in the ‘Savannah’ look that is coming stateside soon. Beginning with a light brown mesh base, the new look adds overlays to the midfoot and toe box in matching ‘Savannah’ brown leather and suede. The heel cup comes in a matching nubuck, with a rough grey suede lining hidden underneath. Hints of orange are added along the outer toe and heel tabs for a pop of color, while a two-tone grey and black cage holds the silhouette together.

adidas Originals’ latest release of the EQT CSG 91 has already made its debut overseas via the brand’s UK website, with a stateside drop likely to follow in the coming weeks. Dressed in ‘Savannah’ brown, the new style comes with the usual price tag of $120.
