Pharrell has been busy the last few weeks. After his most recent Louis Vuitton menswear show in Paris last week, the designer’s adidas Watermoc Virginia shoe emerged in a series of new colorways.
Pharrell Williams’ partnership with adidas has taken another leap forward in recent years, expanding his sneaker offerings dramatically. In addition to Skateboard P’s takes on classic Three Stripes silhouettes, the artist and designer has an increasingly growing list of new signature silhouettes. The Jellyfish model was a huge hit in 2025 but has remained quite elusive so far in 2026, and recent months delivered the Vario model, an aesthetic opposite to the Jellyfish’s clunky, intricate design. Now, the “Starfish” Watermoc is on the way for a late Summer release.
Pharrell’s Virginia brand is attached to the new Starfish silhouette, which originally appeared in May in a leaked sample colorway. The silhouette is exactly as the name implies; a water-ready moccasin-style shoe. The model deploys complex paneling for plenty of unique color blocking options, a full lacing system, and a shroud to cover said lacing system. This week, the Starfish has appeared in a series of new, simple colorways that come in red, blue, green, yellow, and black. Each pair features a mostly black construction with a lighter contrast panel, with insoles to match the accent on each sneaker.

Pharrell’s next signature model with adidas is currently expected to debut on September 15th, 2026, though no concrete release plans have been announced yet. The new model bears P’s Virginia branding, taking the form of a watermoc codenamed Starfish. The model has at least five primary colorways planned, and will likely continue to release into 2027. Pricing is currently expected to be set at $220.
