Packer Shoes is back to finish out the year with another adidas collaboration, another notch in their belt of impressive exclusive releases. This time, they are returning to the FYW Intimidation model, with two Low colorways coming this holiday season.
New Jersey retailer Packer Shoes can trace its roots back to 1907, when Mike Packer’s grandfather started the footwear store in Yonkers, New York. Since then, a lot has changed, with the store evolving into a boutique sneaker retailer and relocating to Jersey along the way. Now, Packer has one of the most impressive resumes in the world of sneaker collabs, knocking it out of the park with every release. This week, the store’s head buyer, Victor Kan, has teased their next adidas project: the FYW Intimidation Low.
The last time we saw a release of the Intimidation also came from Packer, back in 2023. adidas had revitalized their Feet You Wear line several years prior, and Packer took the opportunity to create their versions of the unique retro basketball silhouette. This year, they are returning to the model’s low-top version, preparing two colors for an upcoming release. Both pairs feature a blue gradient underlay in light or dark shades. The lighter pair is matched with light blue cages and an off-white midsole, while the darker look is accented entirely in black.
