Let’s all channel our inner DJ Khaled and say “Another One”. Today we get a brand new look at yet another Star Wars x adidas NMD R1, this time honoring Yoda.
Star Wars and adidas are not letting up when it comes to their upcoming collaboration. We never expected it to be this huge and yet it just keeps getting bigger and bigger. When the collection is confirmed and ready to be released, it’s going to be very interesting to see how many pairs are actually releasing because we lost count a long time ago. The good thing is the new shoes that leak all are taking on great themes and colorways that will likely be loved by Star Wars and Three Stripes fans.
This iteration honors Yoda as it arrives with an earth green primeknit upper. Tonal Three Stripes branding is added in on the midfoot while Neon Green accents are featured on the heel tab, adidas branded Yoda graphic on the tongue light saber-inspired stripe that flows on top of the silhouette. Neon Green hints do not stop there as the Boost midsole gets painted in a gradient effect of Neon Green to white. A spell-out of Yoda’s famous quote, “Do or Do Not. There Is No Try” is featured on the heel to finish off the design.
