While fans have been anxiously waiting for new details to emerge on the Star Wars and adidas collection, today we were informed that a Battle Pack will be releasing this week.
Finally we are starting to see the Star Wars and adidas collection to roll out and for many fans, it’s about time. We’ve been seeing shoes surface since August, so you can only imagine how fans have felt waiting for some of them to release. That looks to change now as this week will kick it off with the Battle Pack, a pack that includes an Ultra Boost S&L, Ultra Boost 19, and an Alphaedge 4d.
adidas Ultra Boost S&L “X-Wing”
Obviously the main attraction of the pack, the adidas Ultra Boost S&L has never taken on a better theme. The suede and leather silhouette comes equipped with multiple colors of orange and grey that is reminiscent of the ships artillery exterior. Making it as close as a resemblance as possible, different materials are used to add shimmery effects as well as glow-in-the-dark accents that go the extra mile. A Boost midsole and heel counter that features a craft graphic aides in the design while a leather cage that features orange Three Stripes adds more support while adding a nice touch of color. Finishing off the design is two quotes that can be found on the upper, “STAY ON TARGET” and “THE FORCE WILL BE WITH YOU ALWAYS”.
adidas Ultra Boost 19 “Millennium Falcon”
Dedicated to another iconic ship, the Ultra Boost 19 adopts a theme that’s dedicated to none other than the Millennium Falcon. Arriving with an arrange of colors from grey, black and blue, each color comes equipped with a metallic shine that offers that spaceship feel. A black Boost midsole featured a Millennium Falcon graphic in white while quotes can be found on this silhouette as well, this time saying “JUMP TO LIGHTSPEED,” and “NEVER TELL ME THE ODDS.”
adidas Alphaedge 4D “Death Star”
Finishing off the pack is the futuristic Alphaedge 4D and its new Death Star theme. While not necessarily flashy like the other three, the silhouette features and all black upper that sits on top of its 3D printed 4D outsole. Tonal graphics can be found on the upper while featuring glow-in-the-dark features as well so when the light go dark you are guaranteed to stand out. Finishing off this iteration is a couple of quotes as well, “THATS NO MOON,” and “THE POWER OF THE DARKSIDE” can be seen throughout.
ADIDAS BATTLE PACK RELEASE INFORMATION
