Emily Oberg’s Sporty & Rich label first collaborated with adidas late last year, releasing a collection of classic footwear and apparel. Now, they’ve reunited for Summer 2023, and three colorways of the Samba.
The Sporty & Rich label was created and designed by Emily Oberg, originally known for her work as a Complex video host, interviewing customers lined up outside of Supreme’s New York locations. Her signature aesthetic described as, well, exactly as the name implies, quickly gained steam, producing sweatsuits and basic good in high quality. Now, they are teaming up with adidas for another collection of footwear, this time focused entirely on the Samba. The first look features a basic white leather upper with black stripes and cream accents. The second two are brighter, one in cream white with baby blue accents, and the final pair in a full-blue upper with cream accents.

Sporty & Rich’s latest collaboration with adidas is expected to release sometime in Summer 2023, though no set date has been made available yet. Featuring three smooth colorways of the Samba, pairs will likely be available from both partners’ websites, with a price tag of just $120.
