The Three Stripes are no strangers to collaboration, working with a wide array of brands and IP properties. This week, they debuted a new team-up with Australian label Song for the Mute, featuring the Superturf ‘SFTM-001’.

adidas’ collaborations are also something to keep an eye on, as you never know who they’ll turn to for a new partnership. This week, the Three Stripes launched their debut project with Song for the Mute, an Australian brand that first planted its roots in 2010. Quietly producing excellent apparel for over a decade, they are ready to go global with their first major footwear project. First previewed in their FW22 lookbook earlier this season, their Superturf ‘SFTM-001’ made its debut in just 100 pairs this past week, ahead of the expected global debut. The sneaker is full of details, but begins with a black mesh base for the upper before layering on leather in sand, white, and black shades, as well as a hint of pale olive suede. Unique stitches are found around the various panels, as are the seven dots on the heels that are a signature for SFTM.
