SneakersNStuff and adidas have formed a close relationship over the years, with the international retailer racking up exclusive projects and Consortium releases. This week they’ve unveiled their next version of the GT II, taking the trainer to Berlin for its latest release.
SNS and adidas began releasing their signature GT II several years ago. The retro trainer is a slight riff on the classic Handball sneaker that the Three Stripes have been focused on this year, but revises the shape and materials especially for SneakersNStuff. Each release of the shoe has been inspired by various world cities, either through their opening of a new store there or simply taking inspiration from that cities style and fashion.
For their next GT II release, SNS and adidas are taking the model to Berlin for a dark new color scheme. The shoe features a ripstop textile for its base layer, cast in a dark navy blue shade, with lighter blue suede for its overlays. The stripes on either side are added in a pale yellow shade, echoed by the shoe’s heel counter, while white tongues with red adidas branding complete the look.

The next installment in SNS and adidas’ ongoing city series for their GT II trainer is scheduled to release this month, on September 19th, 2024. Taking the model to Berlin for this release, the navy blue and yellow style will be available exclusively through SNS’ raffle system for $130
