size? and adidas Originals are back with another release in their Archive series this month, this time breaking out the LXCON ’94 for a special edition colorway inspired by a 90s FYW trail shoe.
The adidas LXCON first entered the sneaker lexicon of many in the community earlier this year, when the Three Stripes launched a rehauled version of the classic silhouette. Obviously, the shoe has been around for much longer, dating back all the way to 1994. The shoe was originally built as a lightweight runner, constructed from a layered mesh and featherweight leathers combined with an adiPrene sole for a smooth ride. Fast forward to today, and the LXCON has returned in its original form, which receives a makeover from UK retailer size? this week.
size?’s take on the adidas LXCON ’94 paints the shoe in a bright new colorway, paying homage to a Feet You Wear trail shoe from the 90s. The LXCON’s base layers come in a deep grey tone, overlaid with numerous layers in royal blue, highlighter green, and black. The Three Stripes stand out on either side in steel grey, while a matching midsole completes the look.

The latest archival adidas release from UK retailer size? is scheduled to release later this week on October 4th, 2019.
