size? and adidas came quick with the next installment in their recent “Alternate” series, inspired by less-than-mainstream marathons from around the world, with this month’s LXCON 94 borrowing colors from Vietnam’s Jungle Marathon landscape.
The most recent collaborative venture from adidas and UK-based partner size? kicked off just last week with the ZX500 “Jordan”, and is already onto the next release. Slated for next Friday, the “Alternate” world tour, which pairs vintage adidas running shoes with marathons from around the world, makes its next stop in Vietnam to celebrate the Jungle Marathon. Using the LXCON 94 as their canvas, size? covers the shoe in a lush forest green overlays, which combine with a teal mesh base layer for a clean jungle color palette. The aggressive Three Stripes on either side come in black, while an orange inner lining and yellow accents complete the look.
