For the first time ever, Parley for the Oceans has partnered up with adidas on the brand new Ultra Boost 20 for a “Legend Ink” theme.
While we’ve been accustomed to the Parley x adidas partnership, the revolutionary organization really hasn’t participated on a new silhouette. But the adidas Ultra Boost 20 looks to change that. Not swapping out looks or capabilities for earth friendly motivations, this runner arrives with performance at mind. While the knit upper does look different than usual, it’s actually a good thing. It’s adidas’ new Tailored Fiber placement which is tighter around places that need support and looser in others for extra breathability.
For this “Legend Ink “ edition, the knit upper arrives in the darkest of navy blues while the laces, heel clip and synthetic lace cage match. White embroidered Three Stripes highlight the midfoot cage while a white piping accents dresses the heel clip which marches perfectly with the coveted Boost midsole. Parley x adidas branding can be found on the tongue while a navy blue Continental outsole finishes off the look. Another great colorway offered with the environment a little more cleaner? Sounds like a win-win to me.
