Virgil is back on his retro tangent, bringing us a new sail colored Air Jordan 4 Retro that will be releasing this Summer season.
Fresh off an Air Jordan 5 collaboration, Virgil Abloh will be releasing an Air Jordan 4 this Summer. Featuring a Sail colorway, the shoe is reminiscent of the upcoming Air Jordan 5 in Sail as well. So if you don’t like tan sandy sneakers, it may be time to try to find some love for the theme.
Originally previewed in Virgils MCA “Figures of Speech” exhibit in Chicago, at first it was not clear if these would see a release or if the retro was just a sample. Now that Alboh appears to be over with his women’s running line, it appears he’s back to spending tine with retros, and no one is complaining. Dressed in Sail, Muslin, White, and Black, the sneaker takes on the usual deconstructed design with a creamy sail makeover. “AIR” on black graces the midsole while a sail zip-tie seals the Off-White collaboration.
