New Balance is releasing a series of sneakers from their Made program in the next few weeks, kicking things off with a “Nimbus” white colorway of the Made in UK 991v2 that quietly dropped this week.
The 991v2 from New Balance came as a surprise late last year, when the brand unveiled their second iteration of a shoe initially introduced over twenty years ago. The model was debuted in collaboration with Stone Island, going on to release in a handful of excellent in-line colors as well as special projects, like Danielle Cathari‘s pair in February. Now, a new pair from the Made in UK line has arrived this week, dressing the shoe in a “Nimbus Cloud” white color scheme. The style features a cloudy grey mesh base with white mid layers, and the off-white, almost grey Nimbus tone for its outer layers. Heel tabs and N logos come in metallic silver to complete the neutral look.
