First Look at a New adidas NMD_R1 “Dash Camo”

It looks like adidas is beginning to phase out the older NMD_R1 patterns. New official images show an olive and black colored shoe with a brand new knit upper, with a release date sometime this year.

adidas NMD fans, rejoice. The extremely popular lifestyle silhouette from adidas Originals will receive another aesthetic upgrade in 2018. Following the release of the new NMD_R1 “Glitch Camo” which incorporated a signature circular pattern from the NMD_R2 onto it’s predecessor. This time around, the new aesthetic for the original NMD will take inspiration from the original R2, which featured a striped pattern that wrapped around the foot. This new shoe will feature similar dashed stripes, though they will be shortened and all facing the same direction. The premier colorway for the “Dash Camo” NMD will come in olive and black, a typical color scheme from the Three Stripes. The upper will take on the dark green base, with the black filling out the midsole EVA pods and outsole.
