Marimekko and adidas are planning an invasive collaboration for the near future that is now set to include the NMD R1.
Revealed just a day prior to this NMD reveal was a Marimekko Ultra Boost and now the collection has gotten one shoe deeper with another popular adidas silhouette arriving as well. Dressed in, Core Black, Team Real Magenta, and Cloud White, the home furnishing company decks out the NMD in a black mesh upper that’s contrasted by white Three Stripes branding on the sides along with the popular “Laine” graphic on the heel that was originally introduced in 1965. A white Boost midsole, black and pink EVA plugs, and a black rubber outsole are placed at the bottoms which complete the new rendition.
