adidas’ Consortium division has been pretty quiet in recent months, releasing their usual collaborations with significantly less fanfare than usual. This month, that release comes in the form of the Terrex Fee Hiker, designed in partnership with Korea’s Kasina

adidas has been mixing categories recently, most notably between their famous upper-echelon Consortium division and the outdoor-minded Terrex brand. Over the last year, the two have worked on several projects together, likely because some of adidas most interesting innovations are coming out of the outdooring team’s offices. This week, those two are teaming up once more, but this time, with one of the Three Stripes’ Consortium partners in the mix, namely Kasina from Korea. Working with the Terrex free Hiker, a high-cut but slim hiking boot, Kasina redoes the entire shoe in a clean white look, slimming down or removing some of the shoe’s taped overlays in the process for a simpler build. The lacing system has been restructered and now includes a handful of light blue loops placed around the shoe, mirrored by a blue insert in the Boost midsole and blue Kasina branding.
