JJJJound seems to have found a new favorite with the New Balance 2002R, cooking up several releases over the past few months. Today, a “Grey” pair of the Gore-Tex version has surfaced, coming in 2024.

This year, the New Balance 2002R has been the silhouette of choice for JJJJound, who first released their take on the model with a “Storm Blue” colorway in October. Shortly afterward, a Gore-Tex version of the collaboration appeared in a dark green color scheme, though we have not seen an update since the first images leaked. Now, a “Grey” pair of the 2002R GTX has joined the JJJJ slate of upcoming releases. Sharing color blocking with the green style, this pair features a black mesh underlay with light grey suede overlays. Spots of black leather are added for the mid layers, heels, and ‘N’ logos, while a blacked-out midsole completes the look.

The next release of the New Balance 2002R from JJJJound has not been announced yet, but are currently expected to launch sometime in February 2024. Dressed in black and grey with Gore-Tex waterproofing, pairs will likely be available first through JJJJ, followed by a wider NB release, with an expected price tag of $180.
