The adidas Samba is a staple of the Three Stripes footwear lineup, originally intended for soccer but now internationally recognized as one of the GOAT casual sneakers. This week, adidas has unveiled two limited flannel-clad colorways by Fox Brothers, coming soon.

The relationship between adidas Originals and renowned English cloth makers Fox Brothers began back in 2019 when the two teamed up with U.K. retailer size? for a limited-edition Campus 80 constructed from Fox’s signature flannel. In fact, Fox Brothers are credited with the original creation of flannel cloth, making the new project between them and adidas Originals that much more enticing. This time around, the two have chosen the classic Samba as their canvas, crafting two unique colorways out of woolen flannel textile accented by leather and suede. The Fox Brothers adidas Samba will be available in your choice of Dark Brown or Simple Brown color schemes, both featuring non-dyed wool uppers with suede toe caps, leather stripes, bright orange heel tabs, and bold blue adidas tongue labels to complete the project.

The upcoming two-pack of wool flannel Sambas from adidas and Fox Brothers has been scheduled to release next week, on March 1st, 2021. Available in two shades of brown, light or dark, these limited-edition pairs will launch from both adidas and select retailers for $100 each.
