All-Star Weekend is officially upon us, and so are the littany of sneaker releases that go alongside it. This week, adidas unveiled their interesting new project, which teams them up with several native Chicago creatives from Fat Tiger Workshop for a variety of shoes.

The NBA All-Star Weekend’s rotating schedule of host cities gives a different feel to each celebration, with each city going all out to accomodate basketball’s biggest weekend. Along with plenty of activities and celebrity games, one thing fans can always expect are sneaker releases, of which there are plenty. This year, brands are digging deep, as this year’s All-Star break is going down in Chicago, one of the sport’s capital cities. Home of Michael Jordan and the Bulls, adidas has teamed up with the esteemed Fat Tiger Workshop for a collection of footwear to celebrate Chicago. The design team consists of Rello Jones, Des Owusu and Victor Pitre from Fat Tiger, with Jasmine Jones, a Chicago native, representing adidas. The collection consists of three Superstars, the Top Ten, Rivalry Hi, and Pro Model, each with their own unique story and color scheme.
