adidas continues to expand their A-ZX series with an official collaboration with Concepts on the ZX 9000 which celebrates the world-famous Boston Marathon.
Concepts, the last couple of years has been making a huge name for themselves. With collaborations going down with a variety of different sneaker brands, The Three Stripes has locked down their latest sneaker with a collaborative ZX 9000. The sneaker arrives with Mylar blanket’s inspiration which the runners are given when they cross the finish line. Mylar blankets are thin sheets of foil that trap heat and keep users warm. Although marathon runners use them, the blankets find a use for hikers, climbers, surgeons, and even astronauts.
This ZX 9000 features a foil upper which is contrasted with sail suede overlays and navy supportive overlays on the heel and ankles. Red, White, and Blue paint Three Stripes branding on the side paneling while Concepts tongue branding solidifies the collaboration. A sail midsole and navy rubber outsole finish off the sleek new offering.

The Concepts x adidas ZX 9000 “Boston Marathon” will be releasing early on September 6th via adidas.com and cncpts.com and Concept retailers while a global release will be going down later on September 12th.
