The reign of the adidas Samba continues in Summer 2024, with the brand continuing to drop new colors each month, as well as special-edition collaborations. This week, Japanese brand ALWAYTH is releasing their trio of weather-proof pairs.
The Samba has dominated adidas’ catalog this year, releasing dozens of in-line styles as well as a wide range of collaborative pairs. Wales Bonner continues their seasonal release of the silhouette next week, while new contenders like Dingyun Zhang have thrown their hate into the ring recently. This week, another new member of the adidas extended family is set to launch their take on the classic trainer, Japan’s ALWAYTH. The brand, whose full name is All Weather Proof, produced simple apparel and accessories with a minimalist look. For their foray into sneakers, they’ve crafted three pairs of the Samba, in navy blue, olive green, and burgundy red. Each pair is built with a canvas base, patent leather toes, and corduroy overlay panels, adding metal eyelets for a premium look.

The upcoming project from Japan’s ALWAYTH and adidas has been scheduled to release tomorrow, on May 17th, 2024. Available in navy blue, burgundy, and olive green colors, pairs will release exclusively through adidas Japan as well as atmos, with price tags of approximately $106.
