The adidas Yung-1 has finally arrived. Now, as we anxiously await new colorways of the 1996 runner, more information regarding the “Triple Black” colorway has surfaced, including news of a September release.

The adidas Yung-1 is slowly taking over release calendars. First previewed late last year, the Yung-1 is a slightly updated take on the 1996 Falcondorf, a cult-classic running shoe from the Three Stripes. With the chunky shoe trend in full swing, 2018 seemed like the best time to bring back the often-forgotten running classic. By now, the Yung-1 has hit shelves in a number of different colorways, though nailing down a pair is still a bit tricky. As many fans of the shoe ready for more September colorways, we have our first look at a new “Triple Black” iteration, which drips the Yung-1 in a mix of black tones around the layered upper.
