With the adidas Ultra Boost S&L DNA being a global fleet, the silhouette will be celebrating Setsubun, the annual Japanese Spring celebration.
Setsubun is celebrated between February 2nd and February 4th annually with this year, the holiday landing on the 2nd. Set to celebrate the first day of the Spring season on the old calendar in Japan, the holiday is a huge festival that goes down before the first day of Spring that simply celebrates the changing of the season and making it through the cold winter.
This Ultra Boost features a white upper that arrives in mesh, leather, and suede which also arrives with highlights of color throughout different portions of the silhouette. For example, red is used on the heel support piece while a multi-color design graces the Three Stripes branded lace cage. Matching insoles commemorate the design while white soles finish off the design.
