At the beginning of this year, we saw the introduction of the adidas Ultra Boost S&L. The upgrade was heavily needed and left fans extremely happy, now it is available in a fresh new “Collegiate Navy” colorway.
The adidas Ultra Boost S&L (Suede and Leather) is the reworking of the iconic Ultra Boost. With new colorways coming out and an abundance of options on the market, many fans wanted an upgraded model. adidas granted wishes and gave us a performance running shoe with a sneakerhead style. The added features of suede around the toe and heel gave new life to the silhouette.
For this edition, collegiate navy covers the shoe. The primeknit upper, leather cage, suede overlays, and laces all take on the dark navy color. It is then contrasted with a lighter shade of blue on accents around the toe and the Three Stripes branding on the midfoot. Branding continues in luxurious gold on the tongue tab as well as the “ultra boost” spell out on the heels. To finish off the look, the sneaker sits on top of an all-white BOOST midsole and black outsole.
