The adidas Ultra Boost is getting a makeover this year, titled the Ultra Boost Clima. Built for breathability, this new construction is now coming in a triple black colorway.

The adidas Ultra Boost line is adding another member to its ranks this year, and it may be the most comfortable one yet. The adidas Ultra Boost Clima utilizes adidas’ signature ClimaCool technology in the reconstructed upper. First debuted in 2002, ClimaCool utilizes lightweight, and extremely breathable materials to create the upper of the shoe. The line was updated in 2017 with a new silhouette, which fell shorter than expected. Now, the Three Stripes is applying the airy tech to their signature Ultra Boost. The first colorway to release will be a triple-black iteration. This Ultra Boost will still feature a full-length Boost midsole, with no air holes in the bottom. The upper is constructed from loose Primeknit with extra perforations around the whole upper, as well as perforated mesh cages for breathable support. Airy mesh makes up the heel sections, while the signature Ultra Boost heel cup is still present to retain the locked-in fit. The shoe is all black, with the exception of threads around the toe box that are dyed in orchid tint.
