The adidas Ultra Boost ATR Mid is great outdoors shoe, supportive and sturdy enough for a lengthy hike, and sports a water resistant protective layer over the upper. The latest colorway to arrive in stores is a crisp, clean “Triple White” variation.
The adidas Ultra Boost ATR Mid caught plenty of attention when images first leaked in early 2017. The original $240 price tag turned many consumers away at first, but with a price drop and new colorways like the “Triple White”, the silhouette is back on track. The shoes feature a Primeknit upper and heightened sock-like collar around the ankle for a locked-in fit, paired with a full-length Boost midsole. The knit on this version of the Ultra Boost is covered by a thin protective layer to help repel water, and it does a fairly good job of it.
