Multi-colored shoes have grown immensely in popularity over the last several years. With the advancements of knit technology, adidas has been able to imbue incredible colors into some of their most popular models, like this new adidas Ultra Boost 4.0 Rainbow.

The adidas Ultra Boost is ready for 2018, with a new knit pattern and collaborations with Consortium accounts like Undefeated already lined up. The Three Stripes has also committed to re-working some of the silhouette’s variations to update them for the coming year. The women’s Ultra Boost X received a sleek update, moving the TPU support cage inside the shoe. Next, the 4.0 Ultra Boost was infused with the Riemen system, which adds support via visual stripes in the knit. Now, new images have leaked of a multicolor Ultra Boost 4.0 that will debut later this year. The shoe will feature a massive rainbow of color displayed throughout the knit atop a white base. The rest of the new  “Rainbow” Ultra Boost takes on a stark white tone, showcasing the vast rainbow on the upper. This differs from the last adidas multi shoe, an NMD_R1 that featured a multi-colored thread knit through a mostly black base.
