It’s finally here. After five years of the adidas Ultra Boost changing very little, adidas has introduced a radical new silhouette heading into next year. Check out the Ultra Boost 19, dropping in “Orchid Tint” for women next month.

adidas’ upgraded Ultra Boost for 2019 is a hit. First released in the latter days of 2018, the Ultra Boost 2019 is a radical departure from the rest of the franchise. The re-engineered construction is intended purely for running, with no crossover into the lifestyle market whatsoever. However, due to the last few iterations popularity in that category, there is still likely to be some back and forth. Regardless, the Ultra Boost 2019 has most certainly accomplished its goal of bringing the franchise back to its running roots. This week, another new colorway of the UB19 has surfaced online, ready to release with the next batch of pairs. The “Orchid Tint” colorway is very similar to the OG release look, albeit with a few minor changes and a restriction in women’s’ sizes. The Primeknit upper of this Ultra Boost is split between black and white between the bottom and top halves. The midfoot features two tinted strips of pink threads for extra support and a pop of color up front. Finally, the look is finished off with an infrared heel counter.
