The merging of adidas’ 4D technology with the fan-favorite Ultra Boost silhouette was a match made in heaven. Since its introduction in 2020, the hybrid silhouette has released in a number of colors, adding a fresh “Lemon Twist” look soon.
The adidas Ultra 4D came out swinging in 2021, following up on an already incredible introductory year in 2020 filled with special-edition releases and collaborations. Now, as we head into 2022, adidas is already hitting us with a fresh colorway for the hybrid silhouette, this time merging details from some of our past favorite Ultra Boost releases. Today, we have an early look at a new “Lemon Twist” color scheme coming soon to adidas’ shelves, which pits the silhouette in an almost jet-black color scheme. The inky upper is broken up by lemon yellow threads mixed into the knit textile, while the midfoot cage’s Three Stripes are colored in the same tone.
ADIDAS ULTRA 4D “LEMON TWIST” RELEASE INFORMATION
adidas’ latest colorway of the Ultra 4D runner has not yet been announced for release, though they are expected to launch from the Three Stripes website in the near future. The dark “Lemon Twist” color scheme featuring two-tone Primeknit will be available from both adidas and select retailers with the usual price tag of $220.
