The adidas Ultra Boost Mid is one of the most popular variations of the brand’s greatest running sneaker. The sleek mid-cut silhouette makes its long-awaited return this month with the vibrant new “Multicolor” colorway.
adidas seems to keep their coveted Ultra Boost Mid silhouette reserved for very special occasions. Launched originally in collaboration with Ronnie Fieg’s Kith, the best-looking iteration of the Ultra Boost is finally set to make a return later this month, in the wildest colorways yet. Although no name has been given to this special pack, and it is unclear if they will be reserved for Consortium stores only, the new multicolor UB Mids are ready to release next month.
The two new colorways of the adidas Ultra Boost Mid are probably going to be hugely popular throughout this fall. Constructed identically to the past iterations of the silhouette, the new color schemes paint the shoes in a vibrant multicolor look, each with their own unique base. The first pair begins with deep maroon color for the Primeknit upper. This is then mixed with turquoise and dark grey to help achieve the colorful speckled look. The second pair is very similar to the first, swapping out the base maroon tone for a faded light green color, as well as using a lighter shade of grey. Both pairs are protected by ATR taping and 3D-printed heel cups in their respective grey shades, along with a bright blue heel tab and Consortium tongue label.

The new adidas Ultra Boost Mid pack is scheduled to release globally on October 25th, 2018. The two-piece pack of colorful pairs will retail for the standard $220, and drop from both adidas and select retailers.
