The brand new adidas Torsion X looks to take on a classic colorway of “Ash Silver” next.
The Torsion X already has a couple of colorways under its belt even though it just made its debut in late September of this year. Arguably one of The Three Stripes’ most aggressive new silhouettes, the Torsion X is a perfect hybrid of the past, present and future.
The use of suede and mesh along with the color blocking is very reminiscent to the Yeezy 500 “Salt” that released earlier this year. This edition arrives with an Ash Silver mesh upper that features soft suede overlays around the mudguard, eyelets and heel counter that add texture and support. A translucent piping rope flows across the forefoot to the heel that most notably has been seen on the futuristic Ozweego and LXCON, all while the BYW midsole arrives in grand fashion with its three podded look. Finishing off the design is a creamy rubber material that encases a portion of the BOOST midsole that adds size as well as contrast to the rookie silhouette.
