Paying respects to the legendary ‘80s hip-hop group, Run DMC, adidas will he pulling the laceless Superstar out of the vault this year.
While the Superstar is in the mix of its 50th Anniversary celebration it only makes sense to combine two things into one. The sneaker is prone to nostalgic feelings of ‘80s hip-hop and Run DMC played a huge part of its success with their millions of fans watching and taking inspiration from their stylish ways of their laceless sneakers. Honoring just that, adidas will release the laceless shoe once again in 2020 for the 5 decade celebration.
The Three Stripes will offer two different color iterations for whatever your personal taste. One offering is the classic black on white with a white leather upper and black Three Stripes branding while the second is the opposite, a black leather upper and white Three Stripes branding. Both do come equipped with gold branding on the ankle and tongue all while featuring a boastful laceless tongue.
