adidas Originals’ recent Fall/Winter 2022 lookbook unearthed a treasure trove of new silhouettes, mostly as a part of their recent Adventure series of sneakers. This week, the Roverend Adventure makes its debut in a clean ‘Aluminum’ color scheme.
adidas has introduced a number of interesting new styles to their arsenal so far this year, leaning heavily into a new design language and other distinctive stylistic choices that have emerged on various silhouettes. Recently, we got some early looks at the new Rovermule Adventure, a new laceless silhouette with collapsible heels, as well as the Mocaturf Adventure, a moccasin-inspired style, both with the outdoors in mind. Now, another addition to the emerging Adventure project has emerged, this time dubbed the Roverend Adventure. The new silhouette features numerous layers throughout the upper, joined on top of the new topographic midsole, with distinctive edges and a rubber outsole that wraps up and around to protect the midfoot arch. The Roverend’s debut color scheme begins with a ‘Aluminum’ grey mesh underlay, adding leather pieces in matching grey as well as white shades. The TPU cage that covers nearly the entire upper is added in a pale blue shade, while muddy red accent tones and toggle lacing complete the look.

adidas’ latest new silhouette, the Roverend Adventure, has been added to the brand’s release calendar with a drop date of October 13th, 2022. Dressed in an ‘Aluminum’ & Crystal White color scheme for its debut release, pairs will be available via the brand’s Confirmed app for $200.
