The adidas Originals Response CL made its debut early in 2020, modernizing 2003’s Response Cushion with a whole new look and feel. This month, the Three Stripes has refreshed the chunky runner with a new Sandstorm colorway.
The adidas Response CL has been quietly hitting shelves in new colorways all season, bringing us plenty of options for one of the Three Stripes best current models. The shoe itself is a slightly revised version of 2003’s Response Cushion running shoe, which features a plethora of the brand’s midsole technologies buried inside. This week, the latest colorway of the CL has begun making its way to retailers, covering the silhouette in a ‘Sandstorm’ brown look. This style features an off-white mesh base layer, adding leather and suede overlays in shades of light brown.
