Back in February, Pharrell and adidas debuted a new silhouette for the singer at the 747 Warehouse event in Los Angeles. Now, Williams and the Three Stripes are ready to release their Crazy BYW Hu next week.
The new Pharrell Crazy BYW was originally released in extremely limited numbers as a prototype. Now, the new shoe will finally see a wider release next week. Constructed with a fully Primeknit upper, the Crazy BYW Hu will make its inaugural release in two versions of a hot pink theme. The latest addition to Pharrell’s family of adidas sneakers brings some big changes to the BYW platform. The new silhouette appears as a cross between the two consumer pairs already available: the BYW LVL 1 and BYW X. The Primeknit upper on the BYW Hu retains the general shape of the first iteration and features the thick ankle collar of the court-ready pair. The first colorway paints the entire upper in a Chalk Pink tone, with white tendrils extending up the center of the foot, along with the AMBITION message in black. The pink shoe sits atop a white Boost heel, while the toe sections are covered in a thin rubber layer. The second pair features a simple black upper paired with pink lines and counter section on the medial side. The heel Boost here is also white, while the forefoot matches the black upper.

Pharrell and adidas are preparing to release their new Crazy BYW Hu on Friday, July 13th, 2018. The new silhouette will retail for a hefty $250 and currently it is unclear if they will release from retailers other than adidas.
