The adidas Padiham is a vintage Three Stripes silhouette that had been lost from the archives until it was unearthed in the last several years. Now, the retro trainer is back, releasing in fresh new colorways to breathe life into the almost-forgotten silhouette.

adidas’ extensive lineup of vintage-style trainers has always been the brand’s bread and butter. Their abundance in the archives makes plenty of opportunities for fresh releases and the unique styles and histories of each shoe give each one a special feel. This week, the adidas Padiham is set to make its first reappearance since it originally released several decades ago. Unearthed by adidas legend Gary Aspden, the Padiham made its debut in a slightly altered form for Liam Gallagher’s latest Spezial project. Now, the Padiham is back in its original form, releasing in two new colorways. Featuring suede uppers and leather accents, the two new colorways come with mismatched colorways. For example, the black suede pair green stripes and a yellow heel tab on the right shoe, and vice versa for the left, while the baby blue pair features grey stripes and a white heel on the left, and the opposite on the right.
