It’s great to see adidas back on their NMD_R1 plan with a couple of iterations releasing just this Summer that have looked great. Now they’re set to release a “Camo Pack” that features two different colorways in either black or beige.
With the Superstar’s 50th Anniversary, adidas’ release calendar has been pretty scarce. While Kanye has still been on his rampage, there hasn’t been too much buzz from The Three Stripes other than that. But lately, The Three Stripes has been focussing on the NMD and the Ultra Boost silhouettes for a little bit of normalcy in Boostheads lives. Now they will be back on the NMD_R1 in two classic Camo colorways that looks like something that would have released when the silhouette was in its prime.
Featuring two colorways in Savanna/Brown and the other in Black/Grey, it’s going to be pretty hard deciding which one is for you with the great design on both. On each design, camo print covers the entire primeknit upper in its designated colorway where tonal detailing is given to the laces, eyelets and heel clip. Black Three Stripes are then featured on the side paneling that showcases 3M technology for a flashy flair on the Camo iterations. As always a white Boost midsole and black rubber outsole bring the designs to a nice finish.
