adidas is celebrating Tokyo once again, with a brand new pack of NMD R1s that displays two different iteration with the same Tokyo-inspired theme.
The Three Stripes have proven their love for Tokyo as this year showcased multiple silhouettes opting for a theme celebrating Tokyo’s heritage. Now they are set to run it up one more time with and NMD R1 pack that arrives in Yin and Yang format. Two sneakers, one opting for a clean white design, rocking a snowy white primeknit upper along with tonal white detailing throughout. Red accents then are present on the Boost midsole and tongue label for a nice pop of color on the clear canvas. The other opts for a dark black makeover, displaying a black primeknit upper where black tonal accents are given throughout. Swapping out the red, this edition chooses to roll with contrasting white accents on the Boost midsole and tongue label. Both clean variants that are hard to go wrong with.

Already available in Japan, it’s unknown whether we will see a release in the US or not but if we do, expect to see the pack roll out via select retailers and adidas.com for $140.
