The adidas NMD lineup is ever expanding, though this year they’ve spent a significant amount of time with the OG silhouette, the R1. Now a beloved lifestyle shoe in the sneaker scene, the NMD first launched in 2015 as a modern runner inspired by three of their archive models, and utilizing the best materials adidas has to offer. As per their usual schedule, adidas is set to release a string of new NMD_R1 colorways for the new season, including this bold new “Branded” look. The new colorway begins with a medium grey base for the upper, accented by matching grey stripes. Next, the entire sole unit comes in black to counter the upper, with a bright red outsole to boot. Finally, the latest NMD_R1 is complete with red NMD branding across the medial stripes.
ADIDAS NMD_R1 “BRANDED” RELEASE INFORMATION
The next new adidas NMD_R1 colorway has been announced for release on November 1st, 2018. The basic “Branded” color scheme will retail for an elevated $150 retail price, and drop from both adidas and select retailers.
