adidas Originals’ line of Adventure silhouettes keeps growing, recently adding the moccasin-inspired Mocaturf to its ranks. This week, the shoes are set to debut from Copenhagen’s NAKED in a clean grey color scheme.
Last year, adidas Originals went big with the Superturf Adventure, a hybrid performance and lifestyle model that originally debuted as a part of Consortium’s Gardening-themed collection. Since then, the Three Stripes have continued to build on top of the aggressive looking adiPrene+ sole unit used in the original model, coming up with a number of new silhouettes to expand the line. Most recently, the brand’s Fall/Winter ’22 lookbook gave us an early look at the Mocaturf Adventure, a new style mimicking the handmade uppers of moccasin slippers. This week, a new grey color scheme of the model has emerged, dressing the two-piece upper in a tonal look. Pastel green heel counters add a flash of color to the neutral look, while cream midsoles and laces round out the design.

adidas Originals’ new Mocaturf Adventure silhouette has yet to officially make its debut in the United States, though pairs are set to release from Copenhagen’s NAKED this week. Dressed in smooth grey suede with green accents, the Moccasin-inspired silhouette will come with a price tag of approximately $136, releasing from both adidas and select retailers. UPDATE 12/6/22:Â adidas’ wider United States release of the new Mocaturf Adventure silhouette has been scheduled and is due to drop on Thursday, December 8th, 2022. Coming in ‘Clear Granite’ and ‘Bliss’ colorways, pairs will be available via the brand’s website for $160.
