adidas’ New Hyperturf Drops in Three Colorways

adidas has been slowly building up their offerings of rugged-looking silhouettes with an urban, utilitarian purpose. This week, the Three Stripes debuted their new HYperturf model, available now.

Several years ago, adidas introduced the Superturf to their footwear arsenal. Built for urban traversal, the silhouette sports all the making of an outdoor model, taking the brand’s knowledge of hiking and trail footwear and bringing it to the streets. Since then, the Three Stripes have continued to flesh out a full lineup of sneakers with this purpose, most recently introducing the Hyperturf, an updated version of its predecessor to their offerings. Available now in three colorways, the Hyperturf is constructed with a heavily layered upper combining ripstop, nubuck, and suede textiles on top of a breathable mesh base, while the midsole sports Adiprene+ and Formotion cushioning for all occasions.

adidas’ new Hyperturf silhouette quietly made its debut earlier this week, and is currently available in a wide range of sizes from the brand’s website. Dropped in three colorways, ‘Altered Blue’, ‘Almost Yellow’, and ‘Beam Orange’, pairs come with a price tag of $140, and will likely arrive at select retailers in the coming weeks.
