adidas has new colorways of their retro Handball Spezial out this week, adding to their growing lineup of styles for the beloved trainer. This week, the silhouette gets a textile update, dressing three pairs in a colorful corduroy pack with three different options.
The Three Stripes has been pushing their Handball silhouette this year, giving us another retro trainer option to their immensely popular Samba OG. The shoe has a chunkier look than its counterpart, and offers more cushioning throughout its structure and heftier midsole. So far, a number of their collaborative partners have given the model a new spin, but their in-line offerings remain some of the best releases of the model to date.
This week, adidas has quietly dropped three new pairs of their Handball Spezial via their website, updating the shoe with a new Corduroy textile for the upper’s base, and dressing it in three distinct colors. The first is a dark “Shadow Red” shade of burgundy, followed by a light “Sandy Pink” shade, and finally a rich “Mineral Green” pair to round out the new collection.
