Earlier this year adidas renovated the classic Forum with a new encapsulated Boost midsole, crafting a new edition of the classic shoe for the modern day. Now, the Forum Tech Boost is launching in new colorways, coming soon.

adidas Originals’ new Forum Tech Boost is continuing its rollout this month, hoot on the heels of several Xbox-themed releases in October and November. Now, the updated retro basketball silhouette has surfaced in a two-pack of in-line colorways both featuring a neutral black and white palette. While they are clearly just new standard-issue color schemes for the Forum Boost, we can’t help but notice the similarity to the Stormtroopers from ‘Star Wars’, so we have taken the liberty of renaming this two-pack. One pair features a largely white base for the upper, broken up by black overlays and tongues, while the other sports the exact opposite color blocking. Both feature reflective silver details along the stripes and other accents.¬†

adidas Originals’ next colorways of the low-top Forum Tech Boost have not been announced for release, though they are expected to launch sometime in the coming weeks. The black & white pack, (I prefer Stormtrooper,) will be available from both adidas and select retailers, with the usual price tag of $130 for a pair.
