adidas’ classic Forum basketball shoe has returned for 2021, rehashing the quintessential adidas basketball shoe in a variety of new vintage-styled releases. This week, we have an early look at a new “Crew Green” colorway, set to drop sometime this Spring.
Releases from adidas’ retro lineup of the Forum ’84 Low OG began releasing as early as Winter 2020, as the brand began the Forum rollout through a series of limited-edition collaborations available in exceedingly small numbers to locals of each boutique partner. Now, as we dive deeper into the new year, the Three Stripes are coming in hot with a number of new colorways for the classic Forum, including the bright “Crew Green” scheme we have an early look at today. Similar in color-blocking to the other Forum Low releases we’ve seen thus far, casting the leather upper in shades of white for an aged, vintage look. From plain white leather to off-white midsoles, this version of the Forum adds its namesake Crew Green color to the fuzzy Three Stripes on either side, the heel clip above the midsole, and finally, the inner lining and outsole come in faded army green to complete the look.
ADIDAS ORIGINALS FORUM 84 LOW OG “CREW GREEN” RELEASE INFORMATION
adidas Originals’ next release in the ongoing Forum retro revival has not yet been announced for release, though they are expected to land at retailers sometime in the coming weeks. The Forum 84 OG Low in “Crew Green” will be available from both adidas and select retailers, with the usual price tag of $110 per pair.
