adidas Originals is continuing to focus on their retro Forum releases into 2022, giving us all the more chances to scoop up more. Today, we have an early look at a new white/grey neutral color scheme, dropping next year.
The Forum’s surprise return has been an exciting retro release to follow this year, as adidas has covered all their bases with both in-line and special-edition releases of the classic basketball sneaker, and plenty of each to go around. This week, we have an early look at a new high-top version of the Forum High 84, showcasing the fan-favorite style in a new neutral color scheme that features nearly every ‘luxury’ detail touted by sneaker IG moodboards for the last two years. Don’t get us wrong, this colorway is downright clean as hell. The look begins with a smooth off-white tone akin to Nike’s signature ‘Sail’ shade, while plain white overlays and grey suede stripes add more density to the look. Each layer of the upper features either exposed or painted edges (we can’t be sure which from the photos,) adding to the vintage feel of the design. The laces feature a light tan shade, while a grey heel counter with a veg-tan leather hit adds even more to the palette. Finally, a yellow heel clip and outsole hits round out this new look.

adidas Originals next colorway of the inimitable Forum ’84 High has not yet been announced for release by the brand, though we are expecting the new look to drop sometime early in 2022. The smooth white, grey, and yellow colorway will likely be avialable from both adidas and select retailers, with a price tag of $120.
