Late in 2020, adidas kicked off a string of releases celebrating the 1984 Forum and its contributions to both basketball and footwear history. This month, that celebration continues with the release of the Forum ’84 High in a new “Distressed” styling.

adidas Originals has been hard at work crafting a veritable arsenal of Forum sneakers in celebration of the shoe’s anniversary. Ranging the entire color spectrum across a handful of different iterations, both classic and new, the standout among these projects has been the Forum ’84. Featuring iconic color blocking and premium materials, the ’84 edition is adding a new pre-distressed member to its family this week. The new look takes the original blue-accented high-top Forum, and adds wear and tear all over the shoe for a pre-used look.
