adidas continues to beef up their Crazy lineup with new silhouettes and fresh colorways for some of the hits, namely the Crazy IIInfinity that debuted in 2023. This week, a new color palette has emerged, dressing the lifestyle/basketball shoe in a “Preloved Ink” dark blue shade, coming soon.
The Crazy IIInfinity from adidas has stuck around since its launch last year. The model is an evolution of their original Kobe shoes from the early 2000s, taking direct inspiration from the sleek Kobe 1. The shoe reshapes the molded upper from its source, adding new layers like a mesh inner booty and netting with a zipper, which hides the webbing lace loops. The IIInfinity has dropped in a range of colors so far, come paying homage to the original Kobe line, with more touting adidas’ newfound success in basketball footwear.
This week, a new pair of the Crazy IIInfinity has crossed our timelines ahead of a Fall release. This new look joins only a few others as not being a tonal or neutral color scheme, decking out the shoe’s lower half in a “Preloved Ink” dark blue. This is paired with a sheet white inner bootie and mesh caging system, while a hint of light blue for the outsoles and adidas branding completes the look.
