Parley for the Oceans and adidas have been working together for five years now, turning recyclced ocean plastic into footwear. This week, they’re kicking off their anniversary with a new 4D Run 1.0, the second 4D release to feature recycled materials.

The adidas 4D Run 1.0 is finally out, and turning heads as the latest 4D-equipped offering from the Three Stripes. The low-top runner is also the lowest-priced pair to feature the liquid-printed technology, coming in at just $220, the same price as the higher-end Ultraboost from a few years ago. If anyone has been waiting to try the new tech, now is your chance, and this week, adidas is showing off a new special-edition colorway. Teaming up with Parley for the Oceans, adidas has rebuilt the knit upper of the 4D Run with Parley’s recycled ocean plastic yarn in white, with small accents in their signature Blue Spirit shade
