adidas is bringing back plenty of classics this year. With the Yung-1 currently taking over social feeds, the shoe’s 80’s counterpart quietly dropped in a new grey colorway overseas. Check out the latest Continental 80’s, coming to the US soon.

It looks like this year’s retro models from adidas are here to stay. After the bounding success of the recent Yung-1 silhouette, the Three Stripes are now choosing to focus their attention on another classic model that dropped the same day: the Continental 80’s. Building off of the success of last year’s Yeezy Powerphase, the Continental is another silhouette straight from the 1980’s. Originally released as a low-cut trainer, the retro-styled model is now making a return in 2018. Having already dropped in three standard white and black colorways, the Continental 80’s recently surfaced in the United Kingdom in a soft grey tone. The entire leather upper of the shoe is comprised of the tonal grey look, similar to Kanye’s grey Powerphase, though with some minor differences. For one, the two stripes running down either side stand out in bright yellow and Mystery Ink.
