It’s been quite a while since I’ve seen a sneaker release from A-COLD-WALL*. This week, we have an early look at their new work with Salomon, teaming up for two pairs of the popular ACS Pro runner.
Samuel Ross’ A-COLD-WALL* label is back on sneakers this season. We haven’t covered a new release from them since their last Converse collaboration in 2024, and I can’t find any other releases since then. Ross, an acolyte of Virgil Abloh, founded ACW in 2015, and quickly caught Nike’s attention, netting their first collaboration featuring the Air Force 1 in 2017. Their relationship continued until 2025, primarily through a series of high-tech Converse projects like the Aeon Active. Now, ACW appears to have switched teams, working with Salomon for their next collaborative footwear release. The project features Salomon’s ACS Pro, a retro runner revived in 2021 that has remained quite popular over the past five years. Two pairs have surfaced for this release, both featuring unique knit underlays, suede accents, and ACW branding. The first pair comes in a “Black Olive” colorway, mixing shades of grey, cream, and tan with brown and olive suede accents, with a blue inner lining. The second pair comes in royal blue, with a grey underlay and pops of yellow.
A-COLD-WALL* X SALOMON ACS PRO RELEASE INFORMATION
The next sneaker release from A-COLD-WALL* has been scheduled to release next week, on July 1st, 2026. This project sees them teaming up with Salomon to deliver two colorways of the ACS Pro. The main pair comes in a “Black Olive” colorway, featuring a knit base layer, clear taped overlays, and brown accents. The second look comes primarily in Royal Blue, with a silver mesh underlay. Pairs will likely be available first from ACW, possibly followed by a wider release from Salomon. Pricing for this drop is currently unknown.
